What equipment is needed for online lessons?

Lessons will be conducted via Zoom “or Skype”, so you will need to prepare the following :

  • PC with a webcam, microphone, and speakers
  • Broadband Internet connection (cable connection is recommended)
  • The latest version of a browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and the latest version of Zoom “or Skype”

Can I take lessons from outside Japan?

With Zoom “or Skype”, you can take lessons from anywhere in the world. Please note that lesson dates and times are based on Japan time.

How are lesson dates and times arranged?

Please submit your desired lesson dates and times within the time frame of 8:00AM to 10:00PM, Monday through Saturday, Japan time, and a teacher will be arranged accordingly.

What happens if I cannot attend a lesson that I have scheduled in advance?

If you notify your teacher (or counselor) 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson you will miss, you can make up the lesson at no charge. Please consult with your teacher to determine the date of the make-up lesson.

Are there any additional costs besides course fees?

The main additional cost is the cost of course materials. The materials to be used will be determined by pre-course counseling with the teacher.

How do I pay for the course? Can I pay in installments?

You pay the course fee every 3 or 6 months by bank transfer.

I have just started studying Japanese and cannot write Hiragana or Katakana very well. Can I still take the one-on-one Course?

The one-on-one courses we currently offer are designed for students who have passed JLPT N4 or above. We also offer on-demand courses for beginners of Japanese, so please contact us for details.

First half: Focuses on JLPT N3 preparation, but also trains conversation and writing skills for job hunting after passing the JLPT. reinforcing areas of weakness.

Second half (after taking the JLPT): Strengthen writing and communication skills with a focus on preparing for resume writing and interviews.

Customized Plan

First half: In addition to strengthening essay writing skills, we guide students in analyzing needs, clarifying issues, and using expressions that make a good impression from the perspective of “making sure the content is in line with the needs of the hiring company”.

Second half: After passing the application screening, students will be prepared for interviews. We will focus on listening carefully to what the other person has to say and expressing your thoughts clearly. In addition, we will teach you how to be careful with emails before and after the interview.
