■How the Lessons Work (Lesson Flow)
1. The teacher acts as the interviewer and asks questions used in real job interviews.e.g., “Can you introduce yourself?” or “Why do you want to work at our company?”
2. You answer the question in your own words.
・The teacher gives feedback in text, offering more natural and professional Japanese expressions.
・Your answers are polished to become clearer and easier to understand.
3. You try the same question again, using the improved version.
・Through practice and repetition, you become more confident in speaking.
