JOBs Japan Inc. aims to contribute to society by supporting the enrichment of the lives of its users through its Japanese language education business.
In fulfilling this purpose, we recognize that it is our social responsibility to handle and protect the personal information of our students in an appropriate manner.

All of our employees and related parties will make every possible effort to protect personal information by practicing this policy.

  1. When acquiring personal information, we will specify the purpose of use as concretely as possible, and will use legal and fair means to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose.
  2. We will limit the use of personal information to within the scope of the purpose of use that has been clearly indicated, notified, or publicly announced to the individual concerned, and will take measures to ensure that personal information is not used for purposes other than those stated in this policy.
  3. When we provide or entrust the handling of personal information to a third party, we will do so legally within the scope of the purpose of use to which the person concerned has given consent.
  4. We will take safety measures, including information security measures, to ensure the accuracy of personal information and the safety of its use, and will strive to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and to correct the security of personal information.
  5. We respect the rights of the person who provides us with personal information, and when the person requests us to disclose, correct, delete, or stop the use or provision of his/her information, we will comply with the request in a lawful manner and respond appropriately to complaints and consultations from the person.
  6. We will properly comply with laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.
  7. We will provide appropriate guidance and training to all employees who handle personal information, conduct periodic audits and reviews of the operation of the personal information protection management system, and strive to continuously improve and enhance the system.
